APPLICATION: This innovative product has been conceived, thinking about its application in DISCOBAR CEILINGS, HOTEL ROOMS, COMMERCIAL ZONES, KARAOKES, e.t.c.
FUNCTIONALITY: It fulfills 3 functions in 1: ACOUSTIC CONDITIONING, SOUNDING DECORATIVE LIGHTING
CONSTRUCTION: Formed by a metal frame entirely made of aluminum, with a perforated decorative grid, all painted in the oven in any color to be chosen, in which the ROCK WOOL, THE SPEAKERS, THE LED AND POWER SUPPLY, as well as the connectors. The panels are manufactured in standard format 600x600x60mm, being able to build on request in any other format.
ACOUSTICALLY CONDITIONED: For which, we integrated in the panel, a ROCK WOOL plate, high density 70kg / m, which absorbs bounces of sound, managing to reduce the reverberation times, in remarkable for a very pleasant optical sound quality. TO example, in a room of 100m2 average height, with respect to the installation of a plaster ceiling or laminated ceiling plates conventional, the assembly of these panels, implies a reduction of 0.6 seconds in the reverberation time. This supposes a better comfort acoustic for customers and excellent grade audio.
SOUNDPROOF: They are manufactured, panels that integrate audio, formed by 4 speakers of 4 ', of the prestigious brand ACUSTICA BEYMA, mod. 4FR40Nd, optimized for this use. Each panel has a power of 120w RMS in one frequency range of 100-20,000 Hz, at an impedance of 32 ohms per panel. According to the number of panels with sound that we place in a ceiling, we will get more or less level, being able to reach more than 100db. For places that require reproduction of lower frequencies, they can be supplemented with small subwoofer speakers Panels with audio, are connected between them in parallel, 8 units per channel are advised of amplification.
LIGHTING: Each panel integrates 81 PIXEL LED, in a 9x9 matrix form. The pixels are RGB 3in1, with power of 0.3w, they have an integrated circuit, so they can be controlled pixel by pixel, with protocol DMX, compatible with MADRIX software or others. The power supply is integrated in the panel, from the brand MEAN WELL 5V 50W
